Our new Cub Scout Resident Camp Committee is proud to announce the following changes and improvements to the Cub Scout Resident Camp for 2012:

Dates: in order to accommodate work schedules, we will begin mid week and use weekend days so parents will not have to use as much vacation time. The dates for 2012 are: Session 1: July 14 to July 17, Session 2: July 19 to July 22, Session 3: July 26 to July 29, Session 4: August 2 to August 5th.
Reduced Fees: Although we have not set the final attendance fee just yet expect it to be around $175 to $190.
Program Additions: Mountain boarding, Action Archery, BMX bikes, Pedal carts, Lego Robotics, Drive-in movies, Climbing tower. We will invest more than $20,000 in new program supplies in 2012.
A progressive, age-appropriate program filled with opportunities to earn a tremendous amount of belt-loops, activity pins, and other awards.

To review our program changes and distribute camp brochures and applications, we will be holding a Cub Scout Camping Kick-off for all Leaders, Parents and Cub Scouts on January 5th at 7pm at the BOCES on Middle Settlement Road in New Hartford. To register, please click the picture below!!!!

Employment Opportunities

Each year, the Revolutionary Trails Council is in need of new camp staff members. Working at camp is a great way for teenagers and adults to earn a little extra money and gain valuable work experience for their future.
