Breaking News: Security Deposits will not be required as of 1 January 2011 until further notice. The Revolutionary Trails Property Committee has suspended this requirement as a result of "Good Scouting Practices" displayed by Scouting Units.

These doucments are intended for use of Year Round Camping (non Summer Camp) at all Council camps. ONLY Page 1 is required for your camping request.

After filling out the infromation on Page 1 submit it to the Council Office via mail, FAX (315-735-9184), email or in person. Using your choice of payment you will be billed and your permit will be returned to you along with your reciept of payment. You MUST bring Pages 1 & 2 with you at check-in. Pages 3 & 4 are the camp rules and important informantion. Tthey do not have to be transmitted to the Council office. 

To "ease" the paperwork process we will not be charging a security deposit; however, any damage will be charged to your unit account or the credit card number used.  Failure to reimburse for any damage and/or fuel usage may result in loss of priviliges.
